ACCUSPLIT, headquartered in Pleasanton, invites you to join them for the Live Well Festival benefiting PPIE. Pleasanton Partnerships in Education Foundation, a community-based organization, exists to enhance learning experiences for students of the Pleasanton Unified School District through a partnership of business, education and the community.

World Walk to Wellness

The Live Well Festival featuring the 2nd Annual World Walk to Wellness is being held on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Pleasanton Sports Park. The first 500 walkers will receive a free pedometer and at noon, Mr. Pedometer, Ron Sutton, will lead participants on a 2,000 step walk. This is a no-fee event. However, a $20 donation is being asked for PPIE and ACCUSPLIT will match each $20 donation. All donations will go to PPIE for grants to school student wellness committees.
