From Thursday, November 19th to Saturday, November 21st, the ValleyCare Foundation is pleased to present Christmas Tree Lane 2009. This special three-day event is a fundraiser for the expansion of ValleyCare's Emergency Room and the operations of the ValleyCare Health Library and Ryan Comer Cancer Resource Center.

Visions of Sugar Plums

Christmas Tree Lane showcases elaborately decorated Christmas trees, silent auctions, entertainment and fun events for the entire family. This three-day celebration kicks off with a Visions of Sugar Plums Family Stroll on Thursday evening featuring visits and photos with Santa Claus and a Secret Santa Shoppe. Friday's festivities include an "Almost" High Tea in the early morning and afternoon followed by an evening of entertainment, dinner and silent auction at the Silent Night Soiree. The festivities conclude the following day with a Silver Bells Luncheon including gourmet holiday fare, entertainment and drawings for the china table setting and decorated trees compete with the gifts beneath them. All events will be held at the Palm Event Center in Pleasanton.

Participation

There are several ways for Hacienda affiliates to participate. Different sponsorship levels are available; and gifts-in-kind donations as well decorators are needed. A number of recognition opportunities are available to event supporters.
