The Rotary Club of Pleasanton invites you to join them at their first-ever Halloween Spirit Run on October 30th. This Spirit Run will be raising funds for community service projects in Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley.

The Course

The race is being held on Sunday, October 30th and will be patterned after the club's popular Father's Day Spirit Run. The run starts and ends under the arch on Main Street and will include a 5k run/walk beginning at 9:00 am. The 5K race will be a flat, fast, certified course that includes a portion of the Arroyo Trails; part paved and part trail. A Kids Challenge will begin around 10:15 am and consists of a paved sprint down Main Street finishing under the arch. Each child will receive a finishers ribbon. This family friendly event encourages participants to come in costume.

Registration

Online registration is available until midnight Wednesday, October 26th at: www.spiritrun.com or www.active.com/running/pleasanton-ca/pleasanton-rotary-halloween-spirit-run-2011. Check-in and race-day registration will be accepted starting at 7:30 am.
