In celebration of National Make A Difference Day, the Pleasanton Community of Character Collaborative invites you to join them at the Make a Difference for Pleasanton Festival on October 27th. The event is free of charge and includes three expos and more.

Make a Difference

On Saturday, October 27, 2012 the public is invited to the free Make a Difference for Pleasanton Festival being held from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm at the Senior Center located at 5353 Sunol Boulevard in Pleasanton. Learn how you can make a difference in your health, your home, and your community.

Event Features

The festival will include dozens of booths and a barbecue lunch fundraiser for the Juanita Haugen Memorial Scholarship. Participants can also choose to visit any of three expos:

• Community Safety Expo - be prepared for any emergency before it occurs

• Community Service Expo - get connected and stay connected with ongoing community service opportunities

• Community Wellness Expo - learn how to "Change 1 Thing" for a healthier lifestyle
