Several vanpools to Hacienda are being planned from South Fremont, the Peninsula and Hayward/Union City. Interested riders are sought as participants.

A Great Way to Share A Ride

Vanpools offer a terrific rideshare opportunity. Comfortable and cost-saving travel accommodations take you and fellow commuters with similar origins and destinations conveniently from home to work and back again. In addition, a number of incentive programs are available from Alameda and neighboring counties to significantly reduce vanpool costs.

New Vanpool Opportunities

South Fremont Vanpool

Morning Meeting Time: 6:40 am Meeting Place: Park and Ride Lot at Mission San Jose on Mission Boulevard Destination: Hacienda, CarrAmerica Corporate Center Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Peninsula Vanpool

Morning Meeting Time: 5:45 am and 6:00 am Meeting Place: Redwood City Park and Ride Lot at Whipple and Veterans Boulevard at 5:45 am Meeting Place: San Mateo Park and Ride Lot located at 92 and 101 at 6:00 am Destination: Hacienda, CarrAmerica Corporate Center Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Other Vanpools

Riders are also being sought for routes that have not been established yet. These routes will be finalized once riders are recruited. A second Fremont vanpool is being proposed for employees with work hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A vanpool from Hayward/Union City is also proposed for employees with work hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
