The Bay Are Women's Series Tour de Cure Cycling Event is being held on Sunday, October 26th at Shadow Cliffs Regional Park. This is a new signature fundraising event for the American Diabetes Association. Whether you are an avid cyclist or just a beginner, this is a chance to harness the unique camaraderie of women who want to ride together in a non-competitive cycling event to support women affected by diabetes. There are three routes to choose from. A 15 mile Livermore loop ride begins at 9:30 am, a 35 mile cross-county route begins at 8:00 am and a 65 mile pedal power challenge route starts at 7:00 am.
Complete ride information and registration is available online at: www.diabetes.org/womenstournorcal. Hacienda affiliates are eligible to receive 50% off the registration fees when using the promo code: TOURCARD.
