From Thursday, November 20th to Saturday, November 22nd, the ValleyCare Foundation is pleased to present Christmas Tree Lane 2008. This special three-day event is a fundraiser for the expansion of ValleyCare's Emergency Room and the operations of the ValleyCare Health Library and Ryan Comer Cancer Resource Center.
Christmas Tree Lane showcases elaborate Christmas trees, exclusive silent auction gift baskets and fun events for the entire family. This three-day celebration kicks off with a Winter Wonderland Family Stroll on Thursday evening featuring visits and photos with Santa Claus and a Secret Santa Shoppe. Friday's festivities include a morning and afternoon tea followed by an evening of entertainment, dinner and silent auction. The festivities conclude the following day with a silver bells luncheon including live entertainment and drawing for the trees. All events will be held at the Palm Event Center in Pleasanton.
There are several ways for Hacienda affiliates to participate. Different sponsorship levels are available; and gifts-in-kind donations as well decorators are needed. A number of recognition opportunities are available to event supporters.
