Join the Pleasanton/Tulancingo Sister City Association at their 20th annual BBQ. The Sister City Association was established to promote friendship and understanding between the peoples of Pleasanton and Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico. The citizens of both communities have engaged in exchange programs for students and its members for over 25 years.

Pleasanton/Tulancingo BBQ

The 2009 Pleasanton/Tulancingo Sister City BBQ will be held on Saturday, August 8th from 5:30 - 11:00 pm at the Alameda County Fairgrounds Ivy Glen BBQ Area. Enjoy Tony Machiano's Lickety Spit BBQ Dinner, social hour, live and silent auctions and dancing under the stars.The proceeds from this event funds the entire program including the student exchange program and the annual delegation visit from Tulancingo.
