The Muscular Dystrophy Association, MDA, invites you to join them for their upcoming fundraisers. The MDA is a voluntary national health agency aimed at conquering neuromuscular diseases that affect more than a million Americans.

The 15th Annual Charity Golf Classic

The 2014 Outback Steakhouse Charity Golf Classic to benefit the MDA will be held on Monday, July 28th at the Ruby Hill Golf Club in Pleasanton. The event begins at 9:30 am with registration followed by an 11:00 am shotgun start and lunch on the course. After a fun day of golfing, including a bonzer round of golf, there will be a 4:30 pm raffle and billabong cocktail party followed by an Outback Steakhouse dinner and awards ceremony at 5:30 pm. Funds raised at this event benefit the MDA in their fight against muscle disease.

Lock-Up

You have the "muscle" to make a difference in the fight against neuromuscular disease. Individuals or companies are invited to headline one of the MDA's most successful fund raising events, the MDA Lock-Up. Lock-Ups are a unique fundraising opportunity where executives from the Tri-Valley are invited to get locked up at a chosen site and can be released once their bail is raised in the form of donations. Lock-Up raises money for children in the Tri-Valley living with a neuromuscular disease to attend the MDA Summer Camp in Occidental, California. MDA Summer Camp is a week dedicated to their abilities. If you would like to support a Lock-Up location or participate as a jailbird, contact the MDA using the information below.
