People with Purpose Awards Event

Join the HERS Breast Cancer Foundation for their 7th Annual People with Purpose Awards Event on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 6:00 pm at the Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton. This year's event will include a cocktail hour, three-course dinner, award presentation, and dance to celebrate breast cancer survivors. KTVU's Heather Holmes will be master of ceremonies. 2016 Honorees

A portion of the event will be devoted to tributes to significant individuals and organizations. This year's honorees include: Dr. Stanley Rockson, Professor of Lymphatic Research and Medicine at Stanford University; Adiba Barney, CEO of SVForum and breast cancer lifer-advocate; Dr. Rishi Sawhney, Oncologist at Valley Medical Oncology Consultants; and Tri-Valley SOCKs, a breast cancer non-profit in Pleasanton.
