AC Boost provides financial assistance to middle-income working households to purchase a home in Alameda County. The program offers shared equity loans of up to $210,000 to first-time homebuyers who live, work, or have been displaced from Alameda County.
In response to the high cost of housing, Alameda County taxpayers voted to give buyers a boost! Now you can borrow up to $210,000 in the form of a shared appreciation down payment assistance loan to buy a home in Alameda County. No payments are due during the term of the loan, making your mortgage payment affordable.
Two upcoming events will help educate both homebuyers and lenders about how to access and use this special program. For an opportunity to learn how to apply as a homebuyer and more, please attend, join the webinar being hosted on Thursday, August 5th from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. For those interested in becoming lenders under this program, join one of the webinars being hosted on Monday, August 16th, from 2:00 - 3:30 pm, or Thursday, August 26th, from 10:00 -11:30 am.
