Join Swift Real Estate Partners in their support of the Princess Project. The Princess Project believes in making dreams real, every day. The Princess Project promotes self-confidence and individual beauty by providing high school teens, who cannot otherwise afford them, free prom dresses and accessories.

Make a Dream Come True

Until the end of March, you can make a dream come true through your donation of dresses and accessories. Swift Real Estate Partners will be accepting donations at their Hacienda offices through the end of the month. Items for donation may include: prom dresses, formal gowns, fancy party dresses, jewelry, handbags and shoes. Items should be new or nearly new, in excellent condition and purchased within the last five years. Please have items cleaned and on hangers.

Donation Delivery

Donated items may be brought to the Swift Real Estate Partners office in Hacienda, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, at 4432 Rosewood Drive, Suite 100, Pleasanton. Tenants within Hacienda may also contact the Hacienda Owners Association office to arrange for a pick-up and delivery of items at your Hacienda location.
