Join the Association of Indo Americans (AIA) as they promote creative freedom to all communities that identify with India and the Indian diaspora at the Maya Bazaar Festival. AIA is a non-profit organization which provides a forum to explore the rich and diverse heritage of the Indian American community living in the United States. The mission of AIA is to foster and promote cultural and social interactions among its members, facilitate cultural events and educational programs pertaining to the Indian subcontinent, celebrate the cultural heritage of the Indian subcontinent and share this rich culture with the community. AIA also strives to provide support services to members of the Indian American community in the United States.
Everyone is invited to enjoy a celebration of cultural music, Desi street foods, dance, carnival games and kids attractions while appreciating the long history of culture and traditions that have been preserved through the centuries. The Maya Bazaar Festival is open to the public and will take place on Saturday, May 13th, 2023 from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and offers a variety of fun for all. Be sure to see the grand parade at 1:00 pm. The event will also feature handicrafts, clothing, fashion shows and more. All event activities will be held in the parking area at 2600 Camino Ramon, San Ramon.
Advance tickets range from $5 - $7 and is free for children under 3 years of age. Tickets may be purchased at: www.events.sulekha.com/aia-mayabazaar-summer-festival_event-in_san-ramon-ca_367605. Tickets are also available the day of the event at the entry gate for $10.
