Teen Esteem+ and the San Ramon Police Department (SRPD) invite you to an upcoming event, Raw Truths. Real Solutions: Suicide Prevention Panel. Together, Teen Esteem+ and the SRPD will raise awareness on teen mental health and provide information and resources to connect students and families with local services and support. Teen Esteem+'s mission is to equip young people and caring adults to navigate the challenges of today and embrace hope for lifelong well-being.

Event Details

On March 27th, 2024  at Doughtery Valley High School Performing Arts Center in San Ramon, Teen Esteem+, San Ramon Police Department and co-hosts Leadership San Ramon Valley, and the San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs welcome everyone to visit their resource tables providing information on suicide prevention from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. The program begins at 6:30 pm when Teen Esteem+ Keynote Speaker, Katie Dennis, LMFT, along with knowledgeable panelists, will provide hope, encouragement and resources to teens and adults. The discussion will include: the raw truths surrounding depression, how to understand the urgency of prevention, and when and where to reach out for help.
