Help support an important community institution at a wonderful fall celebration. Spectrum Community Services is a registered, private non-profit organization that assists low-income and disadvantaged individuals, families and seniors in their efforts to live independently. They offer a wide variety of community programs and services, along with a long history of partnering with local services organizations. Spectrum Community Services works towards enhancing the quality of life for older adults and residents experiencing low income in Alameda County.
Everyone is invited to Spectrum's Oktoberfest: Steins for Seniors. This event will be held on Saturday, October 11th at the Castro Valley Women's Club, 18330 Redwood Road, Castro Valley from 12:30 - 5:00 pm. Join in for an afternoon of Bavarian fun featuring music, traditional games, hearty food, and beer. From stein-holding and polkas to yodeling and raffles, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
