On Friday, December 18 a funeral procession for Deputy John Monego will pass by Hacienda at mid-day. Hopyard Road will be closed northbound at Owens Drive from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm.

Traffic Detours

Traffic will be detoured to either Stoneridge Drive and I-680 to proceed east or west on I-580 or Hacienda Drive to I-580 westbound. Traffic wishing to go to Dublin from Pleasanton is asked to use Stoneridge Drive to I-680 north to Alcosta Boulevard during this time. Freeway on-ramps at Foothill Road, Hopyard Road, Hacienda Drive and Santa Rita Road are all likely to experience delays during the procession. Drives are advised to allow extra travel time to reach their destinations and to consider traveling prior to 1:30 pm or after 3:00 pm.
