Many people travel between Hacienda and Central Contra Costa County. Fortunately, County Connection services provide a convenient way of getting out of traffic and getting to where you want to go. County Connection is a local public transit agency operating fixed-route bus and ADA paratransit service in and around Central Contra Costa County and serves such areas as Alamo, Clayton, Danville and San Ramon to name a few.

Try a Free County Connection Trip

Hacienda employees and residents can try a free ride on County Connection. This special opportunity will allow first time riders to travel on County Connection services to experience connectivity to Central Contra Costa County locations. Normal weekday commute costs are only $2.00 each way for regular County Connection services and $2.25 each way for express services. Information and bus schedules are available at www.cccta.org.

Redeeming the County Connection Trial Ride Special Offer

In order to qualify for this offer, applicants need to be either an employee within Hacienda or a resident within one of the following Hacienda residential communities: Andares, Anton Hacienda, Avana Stoneridge, Avila, The Galloway, Park Hacienda, Siena, Valencia or Verona. Information on how to obtain your tickets is available on our web site once you are logged into your Hacienda account at www.hacienda.org. If you have not already done so, creating an account is easily accomplished by following the directions below. Once logged in, proceed to the Special Offers section off the About menu and select Commute from the menu on the left. Registered users will be able to view details, as well as gain access to all of the other Special Offers provided to Hacienda affiliates.

Hacienda's Commute Resource Center

You can start planning your ideal commute with Hacienda's customized Commuter Resource Center. This special online tool not only combines the latest information about commute modes you can use to take you from home to work, it will also tell you about the different programs available that will help make your commute more efficient, more productive and less expensive. Wheels ECO Pass

A great compliment to County Connection service is the local Wheels system. As a reminder, all Hacienda employees and residents may ride the local Wheels system for free at any time while they are employed or residing within the park.
