Whitecastle is offering a special discount program to those that live or work within Hacienda. Hacienda business representatives, employees, and residents are eligible to receive 10% off any charter within a 100 mile radius. The table below shows examples of popular locations, and the discounts that are applicable (pricing excludes fuel and driver gratuity):

Whitecastle Tours also offers a variety of corporate packages that center around employee shuttle services. Businesses will receive a 5 - 15% discount on their transportation needs throughout the year following the date of each individual company's agreement for services. Examples include:

• Corporate Employee Shuttle - transportation for employees from key locations in the Bay Area based on employee residence to work.

• Last Mile Shuttles - transportation for employees from BART to work.

• Team Building Activities - customized transport to Tahoe, Reno, Monterey, Carmel, Napa, or a location of your choosing.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for the discount, applicants need to be either an employee within Hacienda or a resident within one of the following Hacienda residential communities: Andares, Anton Hacienda, Avana Stoneridge, Avila, The Galloway, Park Hacienda, Siena, Valencia or Verona. Offer specifics along with redemption information follows. If you do not see the section below with details on accessing this offer, please check to make sure that you are currently logged into a valid Employee, Resident or Owner account and that you are using the most current version of your browser. You can verify that you have a valid account by selecting the Welcome button at the top of any page on the site and then Home. The list of valid roles will appear on the right. You can add or modify your user roles by selecting Manage from the account menu.

Redeeming the Whitecastle Tours Special Offer

In order to qualify for the Whitecastle Tours Special Offer, applicants need to be either an employee within Hacienda or a resident within one of the following Hacienda residential communities: Andares, Anton Hacienda, Avana Stoneridge, Avila, The Galloway, Park Hacienda, Siena, Valencia or Verona. Information on how to obtain your tickets is available on our web site once you are logged into your Hacienda account at www.hacienda.org. If you have not already done so, creating an account is easily accomplished by following the directions below. Once logged in, proceed to the Special Offers section off the About menu and select Commute from the menu on the left. Registered users will be able to view details, as well as gain access to all of the other Special Offers provided to Hacienda affiliates.
