Get ready to greet Summer and enjoy good times at the Alameda County Fair! The Fair returns June 15th - July 8th and is full of fun for all ages. This year's Fair includes: brand new rides, over 15 exciting concerts, "Racing and Tasting" events, horse racing, Monster Trucks, Demolition Derby, Extreme Rodeo, plus so much more! Fair favorites will be back including exhibits, animals, games, pig races, Kids' Park & STEAM Weekends, as well as special event days. Come for the fun, entertainment and great Fair food!

2018 Alameda County Fair Fun

In addition to the great exhibits and entertainment that the Fair is known for, the Fair's Carnival takes center stage in 2018 with the addition of a brand new, cross-grounds Sky Ride. This attraction features 70 passenger gondolas that offer riders an exciting, bird's eye view of the Fair. The ride will extend from the Green Gate main entrance to the Kids Park at the Yellow Gate entrance. Also new this year for thrill-seekers is the TURBO, a super fast, adrenaline-rush ride with upside-down, free flipping action at 120 feet in the air. The Fair's Opening Day Cattle Drive, where real-life cowboys and cowgirls guide a mighty herd of steers through Downtown Pleasanton returns for an encore. The event will start at Del Valle Avenue and head on to Main Street in Pleasanton at approximately 10:30 am on Friday, June 15th. Once again, select downtown restaurants and retailers will be giving away free Fair tickets while supplies last and the Museum on Main will provide fun activities for kids.

Redeeming the Alameda County Fair Special Offer

In order to qualify for the Alameda County Fair Special Offer, applicants need to be either an employee within Hacienda or a resident within one of the following Hacienda residential communities: Anton Hacienda, Avila, The Galloway, Park Hacienda, Siena, Avana Stoneridge, Valencia or Verona. Information on how to obtain your tickets is available on our web site once you are logged into your Hacienda account at www.hacienda.org. If you have not already done so, creating an account is easily accomplished by following the directions below. Once logged in, proceed to the Special Offers section off the About menu and select Entertainment from the menu on the left. Registered users will be able to view details, and see purchase instructions, as well as gaining access to all of the other Special Offers provided to Hacienda affiliates.
