Construction related to the City of Pleasanton's 2022 Annual Water Distribution System Improvement project will be taking place soon. While activities have been scheduled to provide minimum disruption, lane closures, restricted traffic access and delays may occur adjacent to areas where work is being performed.

Schedule of Work

Starting Monday, February 14th, construction will be taking place over the next several months to upgrade the city water system in Hacienda. Work will include installing new waterlines and fittings, roadway trenching, pavement grinding, concrete work, and landscape restoration. The work at each location will be conducted on a rolling schedule, with an anticipated final completion date of May 6, 2022. Initial activities will be taking place in the following areas at the following times:

• Owens Drive at Tassajara Creek (near Andrews Drive): 2/14/22 – 3/9/22

• Gibraltar Drive at Chabot Canal (near Chabot Drive): 3/2/22 – 3/25/22

• Owens Drive at Chabot Canal (near Chabot Drive): 3/31/22 – 4/29/22

The Association would like to encourage added caution and safety in these areas while work is being conducted. Your assistance is requested in helping to alert people at your business or neighborhood about this project so that the greatest possible advance notification is provided.
