AgreeYa Solutions, an international vertical-market software and services company founded in 1999, recently expanded to offices at 4430 Willow Road in Hacienda. It is the third Northern California location for the Folsom-based enterprise, joining a roster that includes a domestic office in New Jersey as well as facilities in Vancouver, Mexico City, Lodz, Beijing, Seoul, Singapore, and three locations in India. In total, the company employs over 1,300 people.

Edvelop is AgreeYa's entry into the field of learning management systems. This cloud-based LMS connects all the digital tools and resources teachers use into one simple learning and communication platform for the enterprise and education sectors. Teachers can share content, use remote classrooms for virtual learning, and track assignments and test workflows, among other things. Students can participate both online and in class, enjoy self-paced differentiated learning, and have greater control over their learning experience.

AgreeYa also offers a specialized end-to-end case management solution for collections agencies and law firms called Cogent Collection & Case Management. The software simplifies the management of intricate collection and legal processes without the need for custom programming.
