The City of Pleasanton is involved in several initiatives to help reduce its carbon footprint and to make the city more sustainable. As part of this effort, the City of Pleasanton invites you to participate in a special building energy benchmark and audit.

Submit Your Building

The City of Pleasanton is in search of 3 to 4 buildings in Hacienda for an energy benchmark evaluation. Based on the results of the benchmarking the building that is the best candidate for energy improvement would be selected for an audit. These services would be provided at a reduced cost using the Air Advice system. The ideal buildings for this study would be between 20,000 to 45,000 square feet; although all interested building representatives are encouraged to apply. Normal assessment costs for a building of this size would range from $2,500 or $3,000. However, the City of Pleasanton will provide these services for $500 for a building chosen as the study participant.
