Hacienda has recently introduced a number of security reporting features in a new section on our web site devoted to security services available to all property owners. These features are designed to supply owners and their agents with important security information and easier access to resources.

Contacting Hacienda Security

Hacienda owners and their representatives have direct access to Hacienda Security personnel via e-mail and the Hacienda Security Message Center. Details on contacting Hacienda Security are available at: www.hacienda.org/owners/owners_security.html.

Supplemental Security

Hacienda Security offers a free program to all Hacienda owners that provides extra security services during non-business hours. A special auxiliary patrol checks the exterior doors of each enrolled site one time every night between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. In addition to the door checks, enrollees also receive two building perimeter observations. Pleasanton Police Reporting

The Pleasanton Police Department, organized around a community policing program, routinely patrols Hacienda. All police incidents are logged and a summary report is prepared each month for incidents occurring within the development.
