RECYCLING AND COMPOSTING AT WORK

Under state and local law, businesses, nonprofits, and institutions in Alameda County must subscribe to a compost/organics and recycling collection service, sort right and comply with several other requirements. This how-to webinar will help participants comply with current regulations while streamlining operations and realizing potential savings. This informational webinar event will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 3:00 to 3:45 pm. Not sure how to recycle and compost at your business? Staff confused about what goes where? A well-organized setup makes for smooth operations, potential savings, and compliance with current regulations. This webinar will cover: current legal requirements, how to order and adjust service, indoor bin setup and more. Participants will also learn about free materials including stickers and indoor green bins that are available to assist with compliance, and how to receive free on-call help.
