Under state and local law, businesses are required to meet a number of standards related to waste management. The City of Pleasanton is undergoing a comprehensive review of residential and commercial waste management and recycling services with the objective of improving service delivery and developing means by which to simplify compliance with regulations. Your assistance in providing input is an important part of this work.
The City of Pleasanton has developed a survey for purposes of receiving customer input on the current state of waste collection services, rates, value for service, and support in meeting regulations. The survey is posted at the following location: Pleasanton Waste Management Survey. While there will be ongoing opportunities to provide comments, your participation in this phase would be particularly helpful with input provided prior to September 3, 2025.
