PrideStaff, a nationally franchised staffing organization, announced in January that its  East Bay Tri-Valley staffing and employment agency is under new ownership and management after the retirement of Robert Johnson, the former Owner/Strategic Partner. The established staff has remained in place, and the office will continue to offer a full range of staffing and employment services in a variety of professional and light industrial disciplines for employers and job seekers throughout the East Bay and Tri-Valley area. The office will also continue offering professional consulting and search services through its PrideStaff Financial and G.A. Rogers & Associates niche divisions.

Earlier this month, the company announced it had earned ClearlyRated’s coveted 2023 Best of Staffing 10-Year Client and Talent Diamond Awards. PrideStaff is the only nationwide, commercial staffing firm in the U.S. and Canada with over $100 million in annual revenue to have earned Best of Staffing Awards for both client and talent satisfaction for 14 consecutive years, according to officials. In January, the company was named a Top 500 Franchise by Entrepreneur for the 11th year in a row.

In addition to making the 2023 Franchise 500 ranking, PrideStaff also received recognition by being named to Entrepreneur’s Top Franchise for Veterans for a fifth consecutive year, Entrepreneur’s Top 100 Franchises for Less Than $150,000, and Franchise Times Top 500 Ranking for a fourth consecutive year.

PrideStaff was founded in the 1970s as 100% company-owned units and began franchising in 1995. The company operates over 85 offices in North America to serve more than 5,000 clients. PrideStaff, which is headquartered in Fresno, California, opened its Hacienda office in 2019.
