Hacienda is home to nearly 16,000 employees and more than 5,600 residents. As part of the value of having a Hacienda address, Hacienda’s Special Offers program presents great savings opportunities to employees, residents, and other park affiliates. Thanks to local and regional businesses and organizations, a range of discounts are available on meals, concerts, transit services, and more.

The Wheels ECO Pass, for example, is Hacienda’s most popular Special Offer. This pass allows all of the development’s employees and residents to ride the local Wheels buses for free every day of the year. At this writing, eligible individuals can enjoy a two-hour Double Decker bus tour of San Francisco for $36.99 instead of $78.99 thanks to TicketsatWork. Discounts for tickets to Livermore Valley Arts Center, Livermore Valley Opera, and the Pacific Chamber Orchestra are also part of the program. So are discounts at local dining establishments, amusement parks, business services, and other popular services and products.

Special Offers are available to individuals who are employees of a company at Hacienda or a resident within one of the following Hacienda residential communities: Andares, Anton Hacienda, Avana Stoneridge, Avila, The Galloway, Park Hacienda, Siena, or Verona. To take advantage of these Special Offers, eligible individuals must first register with Hacienda by creating a profile on its website.

How to Take Advantage of Special Offers

Creating a profile is easy. Simply go to the Hacienda website and click on the Sign Up link at the top right of the screen. Next, fill out the Registration Form that appears. After the registration has been processed, individuals can take advantage of Special Offers by visiting the Special Offers page. New Special Offers are added regularly, so return visits to this section of Hacienda’s site will reap new rewards.

To see current deals, click on the Category Type drop-down menu near the top of the Special Offers page. Categories include Arts, Business, Childcare and Education, Commute, Dining, Entertainment, Health and Wellness, Museums and Exhibits, Personal, and Sports. Next, select the Special Offers drop-down menu near the top of the page to see a list of discounted programs, products, and services.

As an example, to obtain the free Wheels ECO Pass, follow these steps:

• Create a Hacienda profile if you do not already have one. Special Offers are only available to account holders with an authenticated Employee or Resident account.
• Go to the Hacienda website at www.hacienda.org and click on Profile at the top right of the page to log in to your account (Note: if you have a profile that you have not visited since before September 2022, you will need to use the password reset function to gain access to your account).
• Once you are logged into your account, open a new browser window or tab and visit the Special Offers page at www.hacienda.org/special-offer.
• Under Category Type, select Commute. Under Special Offers, scroll down and select Wheels ECO Pass.
• Near the bottom of the Wheels ECO Pass page, you will see a Contact Information form. This form will be populated with your account information.
• At the bottom of the page, verify that you are human as requested.
• To finish the process, select the Submit button.  

Clicking on the Submit button sends your request for the Wheels ECO Pass to Hacienda for processing. Your new Wheels ECO Pass will be delivered to either your Hacienda business or residential address.

Redeeming Special Offers can occur in a variety of different ways depending on the offer. In some cases, such as the Wheels ECO Pass, participants will place an order and receive an item delivered to their Hacienda address. Other offers are redeemed with online coupons or codes, or through special ordering links created in conjunction with the organization or venue providing the Special Offer. These details are available on each Special Offers page as it relates to that offer and will be visible to users who have been authenticated as Hacienda employees, residents or affiliates through the account creation process.

We encourage you to take advantage of the discounts established especially for people living or working in the park. Additional discounts are often found in the monthly edition of the Hacienda Pulse newsletter as well as on the Special Offers page. You can subscribe to the newsletter and additional information when you create a profile.

Hacienda's Special Offers discounts are routinely distributed through information packages and special promotions and present an excellent opportunity to reach the over 20,000 employees and residents who work and live at Hacienda. The Hacienda Special Offers program is provided free of charge to organizations that participate by offering deals to Hacienda employees and residents.
