PLEASANTON, Calif. — Showing the strength of the local economy, Hacienda reports absorption of over 100,000 square feet of space in the first two quarters of 2011. The park is the largest mixed-use development in Northern California.
"We've seen strong activity during the first six months of the year and commercial brokers are reporting additional activity as well," said James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "From our perspective, these are all positive signs that Hacienda continues to be an important business address."
Major leases in 2011 have been initiated by companies in a variety of business segments, including Omron Network Products (fiber optics), IntegenX (DNA-related laboratory equipment), Pure Red Creative (advertising), and MetLife Home Loan (finance).
