Park Activity

Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy decreased slightly from month to month to 80.94% owing to an increase in Flex vacancy to 10.08%. Office vacancy decreased to 23.36%. Retail and Warehouse space vacancy for the month were unchanged for the month at 16.48% and 0.00% respectively. Hacienda recently welcomed the following new tenants: Cal West Steel Detailing, Dassault Systemes and Sports Plus.
