Park Activity
Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy increased from month to month to 81.70% owing to decreases in Office, Flex and Retail space vacancy for the month to 22.27%, 10.15% and 16.00% respectively. Warehouse space vacancy for the month was unchanged at 0.00%. Hacienda recently welcomed the following new tenants: Two Maids, Kehkashan Rugs and Morpho Medical Aesthetics.
Development {Summary of development approvals and project construction information}: Construction continues on the 336 unit Avalon Pleasanton project and adjoining L'Academy School.
