The Flavor Finder allows site visitors to search for recent deliveries of their favorite products or flavors at nearby stores, simply by entering the name of the flavor and their zip code. Visitors can also sign up for e-mail notification of their flavors' delivery at the store of their choice.
EMC Corporation's Symmetrix Enterprise Storage systems are the predominant storage platforms for the world's largest databases, according to the latest edition of the Winter Corporation's annual VLDB (very large database) Survey Program Industry Report. The annual survey of corporate executives and database practitioners shows that EMC has surpassed IBM Corporation as the leading supplier of storage capacity for VLDBs.
Pixion's award-winning PictureTalk software has been adopted by Artemis Management Systems, the world's largest independent project management software and consulting company. A Web-based presentation application, PictureTalk allows sales and marketing organizations to capture screen imagery and transmit it live over the Internet to remote users.
Pacific Bell Wireless donated $2 million to Special Olympics Northern California (SONC) during their recent Summer Games in Stockton. This is the largest donation SONC has ever received and is four times greater than any contribution the charity has ever received. The funds were collected during a special four-month promotion that gave away free PBW digital PCS phones in exchange for a $20 contribution to the organization.
