Editor's Note: As we worked on this story about Tri-Valley human service agencies and service clubs, we were surprised and, indeed, delightfully overwhelmed by the incredibly high level of community involvement by so many people in the Tri-Valley area. This truly is a community of caring and involved people as evidenced by the dozens of organizations and clubs that contribute to a wide spectrum of charitable and community concerns.

We want to thank the many generous Hacienda companies and their employees for their participation with these community groups through the sharing of time, talent and resources and we look forward to continued business involvement in the community through these organizations.
