Hacienda Development Sees Another Banner Year in 2000 with New Office Space, Apartments, More

Hacienda continued its rapid rate of development in 2000 as over 500,000 square feet of office space was completed, in addition to a 540 unit apartment complex and a middle school.

Currently under construction is another 390,644 square feet. Leasing activity was particularly strong last year. Over 1.25 million square feet was absorbed in Hacienda in 2000, leaving the overall vacancy rate at 1.2 percent.
