    Kimley-Horn, a design and planning consultancy with 2,500 employees and over 80 offices nationwide, was ranked at number 7 in the 2016 edition of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For.

    "Employees reap top rewards from this design consulting firm, where engineers, planners, and environmental scientists work on projects ranging from bridges to sewer systems to airports. and transit systems," wrote the magazine. "Combined profit sharing and 401k match was over 17 percent of salaries last year. The firm's retirement compensation was four times more than larger-sized firms in their industry.   • Ellie Mae Named to HousingWire's HW Tech100 for Third Consecutive Year

    Ellie Mae, a software and service company headquartered in Hacienda which serves the residential mortgage industry, has been recognized as one of HousingWire's HW Tech100 for 2016. Ellie Mae also won the Growth category for increase in clients and revenue. The Tech100 represents the housing economy's 100 most innovative technology companies. Ellie Mae was nominated for Encompass, its all-in-one mortgage management solution that enables banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders to originate and fund mortgages and improve compliance, loan quality and efficiency.

In selecting Gap Inc. for this year's Award, Catalyst, a leading nonprofit organization accelerating progress for women, recognized Gap Inc.'s culture of equality and dedicated efforts related to the advancement of women, including employees, customers, and within the broader community.
