PLEASANTON, Calif. — Reflecting growth not seen in many years, Hacienda reports absorption of over 100,000 square feet of space in the first three quarters of 2012, nearly matching the growth seen through all four quarters of 2011. The park is the largest mixed-use development in Northern California.

"We're pleased to have matched the growth seen in 2011 in just the first nine months of this year," said James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "With the additional leases that have been initiated this month which are not reflected in the Q3 figures, we know that the park is on its way to its strongest year since 2006."

Major leases in 2012 have been initiated by companies in a variety of business segments, including Maddie's Fund (animal welfare), Cooper Bussman (circuit protection technology), Sunbelt Controls (energy management systems), ServiceMax (field service management software), CPU Tech (embedded computer systems), Hitachi (semiconductor manufacturing equipment) and Blackhawk Network (prepaid products provider).
